• Inquiry details — when you submit the "Start a project" or contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), project type, budget range, and your message.
• Community signups — the email address you submit to join our community.
• Reference consent — whether you ticked the box allowing us to contact you to feature the work as a reference or testimonial.
• Basic technical data — limited information such as your IP address and browser user-agent, used only to prevent spam and abuse on our forms.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To send you community updates only if you signed up for them.
• To protect our forms from spam and misuse.
• To contact you about featuring a project as a reference or testimonial only if you gave consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

We use trusted service providers to run the site and store submissions. Your data may be processed on their infrastructure, which can be located outside India:

• Supabase — database that stores form submissions.
• Resend — sends us a notification email when you submit a form.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Cloudflare — DNS and email routing for our domain.

Data retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business communications. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw any consent you gave. To make a request or raise a grievance, email support@theccpeeps.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are most popular. This sets cookies in your browser. When you first visit, we ask for your consent: you can Accept or Decline, and analytics cookies are only set if you accept. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies. If you sign in to our admin area, we set a single essential cookie to keep you logged in.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18.
